It seems like everyone and their mamas are already drafting those wish lists and checking them twice (it's not even mid-November, people!). So, why not take advantage of these pre-holiday discounts and pick up something special for yourself while you're at it? We suggest you clean out that iCal, because between the home decor, menswear, and (of course) a slew of options for the ladies — this weekend is shaping up to be one for the ~~check~~books. The Pop-Up Your Beau Will Appreciate
Nothing ruins a shopping buzz quite like a boyfriend that's bummed by the whole experience. So, why not kill two birds with one stone by hitting up Satine and perusing some guy-centric gifts? The Third Street spot will be hosting a six-week-long pop up with Apt2B and Alpha where tons of BF-approved apparel, gadgets, and home decor will be on the block. There are endless ways to aid in Sandy relief efforts — especially with all of those wish lists to attend to! Tomorrow, TenOverSix will be hosting a trunk show with Jordana Warmflash of Novis while displaying new textile work of Brooklyn-based designer Alicia Scardetta. 10% of all Novis sales will be donated to City Harvest, an NYC charity that brings food to the hungry. Although we're nearly 3,000 miles away, every bit of help counts. Let's take care of each other (and take care of our closets, too!).
